The dress was poorly made and the under lining hangs down lower than the top material - this is not shown in the website photos so it's either false advertising or a manufacturing error. I am not able to return it for a refund even though it was not what is pictured and not what I wanted. Pretty crummy first experience with this store and I definitely will not be shopping again.

Quality is terrible

Not a good first experience.

I ordered a sweater that I had been excited for and waited for it since it was back ordered; when it came in person it looked nothing like it did online and was not of a good quality like I expected. I can’t believe I paid what I did for what showed up- I could have gotten something better on Amazon even

The color is much darker than the in the picture, therefore I'm returning the dress. I am so fed up with online purchases arriving looking different than as advertised. There is no return for money back, only exchange or store credit. This is an inconvenient option. Also, the exchange process offered a different size/color, which I would have been happy to exchange for the other color, but when I chose that option, I was only offered the same color in a different size. So, now I have to wait until my return is processed to receive store credit so that I can order the other color, which hopefully will be available in my size at that time. This was the first and will be the last time I order from Magnolia Boutique. It's a hassle.

Seriously poor quality clothing. Also be aware that they don't allow returns to your original payment method. Only store credit - and they make you pay extra for it! Ridiculous. And they don't post bad reviews on their site. I ordered something with a good review in mind and honestly feel like it was a fake review, was not accurate to the clothing at all. I won't be ordering from them again.

My fault for not reading the return policy before placing my order. However, who charges 7.95 for a return item that doesn’t fit? Tried to exchange for a different size and was told if it’s low in stock you do not have the option to exchange your item. Exchanges are free but you can’t return for a different color or size! Just crazy! Guess I’m out 7.95 and they are issuing a store credit! Beware before you order. Not consumer friendly…
