Everything was good just one little thing..
Everything was good. The earrings I ordered were missing a gold piece that was supposed to be hanging so there’s a little gap in between the gold pieces. May not be noticeable but it will bug me unfortunately.

Dresses arrived Quickly
Dresses arrived Quickly. Price was a little high but they had for the most part more elegant clothes. Sad that didn’t follow through with the swimwear. But the dresses for the most part are beautiful

Nice looking clothes but I don’t like…
Nice looking clothes but I don’t like their return/exchange policy. It’s only for store credit. Not great for customers who changed their minds and maybe don’t want to exchange for anything else after making a return. A little frustrating.

Cute
Pants were so cute but ran small, no size available for exchange. Had to pay for return shipping and only got store credit. Hoping I like my order. Response time was quick and simple.

Pullover mock neck sweater
I always have great customer service. Ordered a mock neck pullover sweater. I usually wear a medium but it was sold out in that size. Decided to purchase the large and glad I did because it fits just right. However, there are a couple of loose threads that I hope I can fix. Otherwise the sweater is very pretty.

One sale item was great
One sale item was great. My dress was beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but the dress was a lot longer than I thought and the material was different but it still was very nice. Good quality.

I recieved my packages and tried everything on one of the dresses that ties in the back doesn’t fit well around the breast area and is a little difficult to tie.

Item removal
Updating again because I fell in love with the outfit. (still mourning the loss of the jeans that were removed from my order). I live overseas and was very impressed with how fast the shipping to my APO was! The company is very on top of their customer service and quick to resolve any issues. Although, the heartbreak of getting my jeans booted from my original purchase because they suddenly became unavailable after purchase, I am surprised with the quality of the blouse I bought, the bracelets are adorable and the belt is perfect. I was originally unfair to the company by saying I’ll never shop here again because of one mishap. They might have just became my new favorite online boutique.
