Unfair return policy
I am giving a 2 due to the return policy, I think you should have 7 days for full refund, only store credit is not right.

BEWARE: Unfair Return Policy
Be cautious of Magnolia Boutique's return policy, they only offer store credit for returns. I've had to go through several rounds of returns and exchanges just to feel like I got my money's worth. I wish they offered the option to refund returns directly to your credit card instead of store credit.

So far…
So far…. Super bummed. It’s located in the USA, correct? 2+ weeks for delivery of one item which was not on back order…. Come on. eBay sellers have faster delivery! Will review the jacket if and when it shows up!

Watch out for final sale
I hate to leave a bad review because half of my order was great, however, two of the sweaters I ordered did not look or fit as expected & unfortunately they were the items that were marked final sale. So disappointing because now I have 2 sweaters that I’ll never wear. I wish Magnolia would at least allow me to exchange them for something else. The other tops in my order are beautiful, soft and fit perfect. Such a shame.

Moving on...
I have been a pretty happy shopper here for a while, and there are times I feel the quality is less than great, but hey, it is what it is when you're shopping online. I placed another order recently, and wouldn't you know, a few *hours* later the whole site went to 25% off. Okay, just send customer service a message to see if they'd honor that...shouldn't be a big deal, right? Got an response that unfortunately they couldn't fix that because I had already used a $5 off rewards and they can't combine two discounts. Ha! Of course I wouldn't have used a $5 off if I had 25% off, a few hours before. I wasn't asking for an additional discount, just take the $5 off back, go back to regular total, and apply 25% off. Just doesn't seem like good business. Shop the sales when you can, and be content with maybe barely missing it. Just irritating as I was a pretty regular customer. Moving on...

Does not allow returns
Does not allow returns, only for store credit. I keep buying new things to use my “credit” but everything is very poor quality

If you are from Canada I would avoid…
If you are from Canada I would avoid this shop. Just received notification on my package and I have to pay $85 in fees!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I have shopped from many US boutiques and I never have to pay fees or fees near that price.
