I've only ordered a few times from this store and the quality of the items so far are not excellent but not bad. The description on the website are very vague and i had to email for more information. Anyway, so far I am not happy with shipping. It takes more than 10 days for the order to arrive compared to the website promise of 3-5 business days for free shipping. I guess that's what I get for choosing free shipping. It is a very deceiving marketing ploy that gets a lot of customers like me. Right now, I ordered something on May 24th, shipped on May 25th and I haven't received it yet and the tracking cannot even give me the ETA when it will arrive to me. I have requested refund for the item because i no longer would want to get store credit and go through all this mess and trouble again but they will not refund me and i was told to still wait for my item. I bought the items intended to be used this weeken, June 4th but who knows when they will arrive.

Worst customer experience. "Traci" the customer service manager was extremely rude. Could not resolve the issue with an order I had. "Customer is wrong." Packaging is junk, shoved items in small bag. Clothing is sub satisfactory. Would NOT recommend. Use Vici, Pink Lily, etc.

I have ordered about 6 different items from here and almost all were terrible quality and WAY too expensive. On top of that, when I tried 3 different times to post negative reviews directly to the items on their website, the reviews were never posted. I even reached out to customer service to ask why they were never posted. All they did was apologize, but still never posted them!! Terribly deceitful way to do business, keeping customers from being able to see bad reviews. The only positive from my whole experience is that after I asked twice, they finally refunded all my money instead of the original store credit they had given me. Will NOT shop there again. Dishonesty is NEVER OKAY

I hate to even give this place a star. I’d give them 0 star if I could. This boutique is absolutely awful. Overpriced for the quality and one of the dresses I bought had a terrible smell that won’t go away even after 3 washes but can’t return it because it was on final sale. The other dresses were terrible quality as well. I wasted so much money wish I read those reviews before I placed my order.

Long story short....Sent a return back within 10 days of receiving my order. I emailed them many months later when I realized there had not been a return credit placed or given on my account. I was told my return did not arrive and I would need to find tracking. I advised Tracie that I could not get tracking as it was mailed from a small rural town. A few weeks later I received an email that my return showed up and that it was; as she wrote, "LATE!!!" and would I like to pay shipping for the items to be returned to me or purchase more products and she would add it to the shipping on that order? I asked her if she happened to look on the packaging of my return and see the date shipped as she would have noticed it was almost a year prior or that maybe the packaging looked worn and old or how her warehouse may have lost it somehow or even the post office it was mailed out of could have lost it and sat on it? I also advised her that things happen with the mail system and to look at each situation individually like I do with my small business. As well as look at my extensive order history that was in good standing. To sum this up, I paid for my shipping label to return, they have kept my clothes that I have paid for in full and asked for me to pay shipping again to have them sent back or place another order to have them added to further shipping. For what it is worth, I guess I was worth losing as a customer. Sad and unworthy customer service as well as being treated as though I was lying and trying to manipulate which in all honesty was the most frustrating part of all of this. I have even reached out the owner, which has not made an effort to respond. My advice is to move on to another reputable company for your clothing purchases.

Cheap clothing made in China and all sales final. Fake store. Never again.

This is the worst company ever. I'm not usually one who gives bad reviews, but I want to save everyone from this boutique! I have order 3 things from the boutique and they have all been way to big and the worst quality. Every time I go return it I never get confirmation about them receiving the item or giving me my store credit until I contact them first and don't ever give them a star that's less than four. I tried to give an honest review about everything I have ordered from them and they have all been a one star but somehow all my reviews get taken down. Please save yourself the time and money and DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BOUTIQUE!

I feel scammed!! Defective clothing and they want to exchange it for more defective clothing!! Don’t buy!! Terrible customer service! Even worse clothing!! Dress fabric shrunk and the lining didn’t!! So lining fabric was longer than the dress hem!!! They wanted pictures! They sent a return label and wouldn’t say I could have a refund!! WTH!?!? Forget the sham of a place! Stick with Free People and Nordstrom Rack!! This place sucks!!
