Unreliable service, bad support and constantly of line. Keep away from this provider.

Every time I am trying to turn it on , it takes forever to upload. Every time I have to watch it , I need to disconnect the box, the router and make a call to the the support team . They are helpful most of the time but I wonder why I can’t just turn it on and watch it without wasting at least 20 minutes to set it up .

The purchase experience was good but the price is way over priced.

The quality is sub par and the interface is not user friendly. I used your company 3 years ago and if I remember correctly you may have a different user interface and certainly the quality was much much better.

I have stayed with this company for the past few years. Their channels freeze up constantly. Recently I complained for the first time. I was treated rudely and was told of I keep complaints, they bar me from further contact. I asked for a refund and was told no way. To me the product is basically good but the people running it don't care about the consumer. Save your money.

I stayed with this company for multiple of years . I referred so many people . When I asked for the 1 year free , they said , some of the people I referred cancelled. They said it was my job to bring them back and reactivate if I wanted the free year. I told them , people cancelled because service was bad and freezes a lot . Don't waste your money. Don't believe they will give you anything free if you referred anyone . That was from experience.
