Ordered a sweater for my girlfriends birthday. Her birthday is on 19-12, and the sweater was supposed to arrive in 2/3 weeks. It arrived in the Netherlands almost a month later on 13-12. Today is 15-01 and its still at the local shipping partner. So I decided to check their website, they never received anything in my name. They claim their shipping partner is DHL. In my experience DHL is quite trustworthy, and if they claim they haven't received the package and are not aware of a shipping order under that tracking number I'm inclined to believe them. So unfortunately it seems this has been a scam. Which is very dissapointing, as my girlfirend was very excited for the sweater.

Ordered a t-shirt 7th of December 2023, still did not receive anything and their customer service replies are just radom and give no information. Package is already in my country for delivery since the 2de of January. This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER!

Awful, 60 bucks for a Christnas hoodie + express shipping. No hoodie, no support. They straight up stopped answering last year...Ordered and payed on the 8th of December.

Avoid!! 2 and a half months and no item has arrived. I ordered 2 jumpers on the 18th October 2023 for my wife for Christmas. The items dispatched the next day 19th Oct and I could track it until 15th Nov when it arrived in Belfast. It hasnt moved since and dispite a number of emails and online chats that Magicport reply "Hoping it will arrive soon" it still hasnt moved. Today is 2nd Jan 2024 and still nothing. I can only assume this is a scam.

Same as everyone before me. I have ordered An embroidered hoodie with them after seeing An ad on Instagram, has been in the 'country of destination for over a month now, and I am getting 0 answers. All of the answers are useless and just repetitions for me to be patient. Run. Run as far away as you can.

I ordered a sweatshirt in october. Never got the Item. BAD customer service, never got my refund back, was told 3 times to be patient and wait.

Parcel made to the uk and has been stuck on the final leg for nearly 4 weeks…. I ask for help and get the same generic merry go round without any resolution…. It’s obviously lost but I can’t get to organise a replacement or a refund

Havde bestilt 2 sweatshirts med tryk. Det modtagne var slet ikke samme type tryk som det bestilte. Det var samme billede på begge sweatshirts, men det ene var blevet klippet virkelig grimt. Farven på den "beige" er mere en grim hudfarve. Første track-and-trace hjemmeside, sagde at pakken var sendt fra USA. Da jeg skrev en mail og bad om navnet på det danske fragtfirma, fik jeg en anden track-and-trace hjemmeside, hvor der stod, at pakken var sendt fra kina. Da jeg modtog selve pakken, stod der, at afsenderen var fra Tyskland. Da jeg skrev til firmaet med min kritik, skrev de først tilbage, at det var den rigtige vare, jeg havde modtaget. Da jeg skrev igen, tilbød de mig 3$ som kompensation. På en ordre som kostede 75$. Scam hele vejen igennem.
