Pretty much certain this place is a scam! I ordered on 11/24 and the order still has not shipped. I got a notification that it "shipped" on 12/1, but no movement since them. I have reached out many times only for them to say the product was out of stock and it would ship the next day 12/14. It did not ship. I have emailed since and they will not respond. I feel bad because I even shared about the company on my Instagram and had a lot of people say they placed orders because of that. What a joke!

Ordered something Nov. 24, it is Dec. 15, still hasn't arrived. Tracking number provided says order was accepted Dec. 1, but hasn't moved. Customer service via e-mail are not answering my emails. Will have to go to back for refund, scam company and should be shut down

I ordered a calendar. It took a month to get here. When it got here it was damaged. Instead of refunding me or exchanging they told me fo iron it. So I did and it made no difference. I will never order from this place again

The website is an absolute scam. They will NEVER ship you order. Do not waste your time or money.

I placed an order a month ago & it still hasn't shipped. Emailed twice, but the only response I received was that they were running behind well that was 3 weeks ago. At this point, I'm about to contact my bank for fraud because this is ridiculous. Don't order unless you order 2 months in advance cause they obviously don't know how to run a business. They also have a fake rating on their site saying that their trust pilot is 5 stars when it's clearly not. I trusted them. Guess I should've read the actual reviews.

I placed 3 orders in September and while the orders say "fulfilled" on their site, the shipping links say the products haven't been received to ship yet. Customer Service first said there was a delay for the product release (October 1st), then out of stock/supply chain issues. Now, no one is responding. Update: The products finally shipped after I asked via email for the orders to be canceled and said I would contact my bank if I didn't receive confirmation of cancelation and refund within 48 hours. I did need to send 3 follow-up emails about refunding the products that were out of stock. I did recieve prompt responses to those emails. While this situation has been resolved, I will not order from this company again, nor will I recommend them.

Great prices, good products....the absolute slowest shipping I have ever seen in my life. I could walk their deliveries the 1200 miles to my home faster than they ship them. Truly atrocious. I've been waiting almost three weeks for a single order (Order MP08116532). Oh, and if you call, you'll get an attitude.

I ordered seven tarot decks during a big sale in the middle of April (the 21st). After a coupon code and the sale my total still came out to almost $120. I made a second order on April 26th of 4 oils and a hanging charm. After 3 weeks I noticed that the tracking numbers that they had sent to me had not moved at all. Since then I have contacted customer service more than 30 times. Because they created a tracking number, they consider it shipped and have not refunded me. However, every single time that I talk to them they tell me that the decks are out of stock and will be back in stock in a week. I spoke to a representative named Isabel dozens of times and each time she said the exact same thing. They have consistently blamed the problem on the manufacturer of the cards, but the problem lies entirely with them. I once sent four emails a week apart and never received anything back. It took them an entire month to respond to me. They also claim they replied but I must not have gotten it (untrue). Worst customer service experience of my entire life. At this point I have received two of the seven decks that I ordered and no refund for the missing 5. They are still stringing me along despite me saying that it has been three and a half months and I just want my money back. Do not trust these people with your hard-earned money. They are a terrible business with dreadful customer service. Edit: The rest of my decks finally shipped months after my initial order. They refunded 2 and sent 5. I got my final shipment of the oils and the charm in October. It took over 6 months and more than 3 dozen emails to get all of my stuff sent to me. In November 2023, Magick tried to dispute my review and have it taken offline. There used to be several more negative reviews than there currently are and I believe that they're going through each of you and flagging them for removal unless people can provide proof. I have sent my order numbers, emails to customer service, screenshots of the original order back in April, and proof of the tracking number they sent to me in October. They are still disputing my review. This is not a trustworthy company and I really cannot state enough that you should not do business with them.
