Scam scam scam. I ordered a set of books 7 weeks ago and they refuse to speak to me. I keep getting generic email responses and they never answer the phone. Update. I have finally spoken to them. However they want me to cancel my dispute with my discover card first. THEN they Will ship my item next week. An item mind you that I ordered two months ago! My Discover card said do not cancel the dispute until they make it right. Of course magick.com says “no we can’t do that because we’re small business and and we don’t trust that you’re going to do what you say you’re gonna do,” I told them that if they would’ve done what they were supposed to do in the first place, that we wouldn’t be in this situation. So, I did not cancel the dispute, because my credit card company told me not to. I will never buy from this horrible place ever again.

I ordered a book from them over two months ago. I never received it, and was not refunded for it. There is no customer service phone number, only what feels like bot emails for any type of communication. I've inquired a few times through this "support" option, and they won't even provide a tracking number, which would at least allow me to open a claim with the carrier.

Horrible company. They say they ship in 5-7 business days. I contacted customer service after 2 weeks and was told they are backlogged and would ship in a few days. After another week I contacted customer service again and was told they shipped the order and provided a tracking number. All they did was print a shipping label. I tracked the "shipment" for weeks and it never showed as the package even being picked up. It's been 6 weeks and still no order. I contested the charge on my credit card. They contacted me yesterday to see if I still want the order and if so, to reinstate the credit card payment. Nope. I don't deal with fraudulent companies who lie to customers. Save yourself some time and order from other reputable companies. Magick isn't the place.

This company has a great store front. Their inventory is massive and they offer phenomenal value for quality products. But their service is awful, horrible and terrible. It takes days and weeks for your items to ship. They do not provide any updates regarding delays. And when you do reach out to get information there is no response by phone and slow replies by email. I was giving them another try with this order, but this will absolutely be the last time I order from this company

I ordered a variety of items and was given a date of one week to get my items. I got no notice it was delayed. I reached out to customer service who rudely told me that shipping will not happen for a month. I told her that was a ridiculous shipping time and she canceled my order. I’ll never shop with them!

I was super excited to find the specific type of incense I wanted, and was thrilled at the great price (that probably should have been my first tip off). So I ordered a few boxes. I placed my order the evening of 2/22. Per the email that I received to confirm my order, I should expect my goods to ship within 1-5 business days. I was super excited, and kept checking on my shipment. Nothing. So on 3/1 I wrote in asking for an update. The next day, I got an email from "Isabel" that basically said they had sale going on, orders are taking a little longer, sorry for the additional processing time, blah blah blah. So I waited until Saturday, 3/9 and sent a less pleasant email, asking for an update on shipping or I'd dispute the shipment. I received an email from "Mariah" that said virtually nothing but she was forwarding this to customer service. There was no expectation of a timeline set as to when they would contact me. I am currently initiating a dispute. Do not buy from this company.

Horrible company. Been waiting for an order from January-it is now March 12!!!!! Save yourself money and aggravation and DONOT give this company your business!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE company!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Absolute scam and they will stop responding to your emails. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund and it fell onto deaths ears. Mariah. R was the person who I spoke to over email. I've reported this company for fraud and I hope they get taken down. People work hard for their money and they shouldn’t be scammed!! I had to finally get my money back going through my bank and I wish I read reviews before falling into the trap of sales. Stay away! I had purchased back in January and the items never left California. Just stay away! ** Update** They will request more information on Trust Pilot to try to have your experience potentially deleted. They are going to have to try to get all these similar reviews here deleted. The Magick site needs to be taken down as it’s definitely a scam company. It’s even more awful when you try to get a review taken down for speaking the truth.
