You say my country was listed as restricted in the Terms and Conditions, and therefore it was my responsibility to know. Fair enough — but that does not explain why I was still allowed to register, deposit, and use the service normally. Other betting sites clearly identify restricted countries and prevent customers from depositing in the first place. You also say my balance was zero. Yes, it was — because after contacting support, I was told that I could not withdraw. Knowing there was no way to withdraw the remaining funds, I used the balance instead of leaving it locked in the account. Presenting the zero balance without explaining why it became zero is misleading. Most importantly, your response does not actually address my main complaint. Instead of addressing why a restricted-country customer was allowed to deposit and use the platform normally, you have focused on my previous withdrawals, my overall account history, and the eventual account balance. This is not about whether I won or lost. It is about how the restriction was handled. If you do not accept customers from a particular country, that should be made clear before accepting their deposits, not only when they attempt to withdraw. I acknowledge the facts you mentioned.
