Please read… genuine review of the company. if i could rate this 0 stars i would. The worst experience ever at an online casino, with deceitful promotions and the most horrible chat support. Got the 111 free spins offer and I was required to play through 523 dollars after only winning 10 dollars (which is insane!). Somehow i ended up winning a lot, and luck got on my side and i flipped the 10 to around 300 and cleared my wagering reqs. After I wanted to withdraw and was having the hardest time to actually do the KYC verification (they weren't clear at all), and when I went to withdraw my funds i could only withdraw 20 dollars from the 300 dollars i made.. which is genuinely crazy. There were no terms and conditions to this offer or no mention from MagicianBet themselves that the max you can cash out js 20 dollars. If tou’re reading this, do not do business with this casino. This is a decitful business that hates the customer. Worst customer support with an AI slop chatbot that gives generic copy and paste responses.

Don't get me wrong, the support seems incredibly nice but something is off about this site. I play a certain game called Bad Santa all the time and was so excited to see it on this site I wanted to try. First deposit, nothing, but that's normal I guess and filled the cups in bad santa, so thought might as well try again since one is about to go off soon. Deposit and go back into game, cups look Lower. That's weird, maybe I didn't see it right, I thought. So I played and once again got the cups full. Well of course I'm going to deposit again since all 3 are about to go off now. Go do 3rd deposit, come back into game immediately and cups all reset. I play this game A LOT, and have never seen the cups reset after a deposit. The whole point of depositing is to continue where you left off, but this site seems to reset it all. In all my 20 years of playing online slots, I have never seen that before on a site. It was exceptionally dead as well, so I don't think I will be bothering. Be aware and pay attention if you play on this site, not that chat can help with it anyways.

I played at the casino, managed to place bets and win without problems, but today I made a deposit of $1300 that I had already withdrawn from the casino, and only one of the deposits was credited so I could bet. The other hasn't appeared in my account yet, and I can no longer access my account. I contacted support via chat, which is very helpful, but they asked me to send an email. I sent the email and am waiting for a response.
