Avoid this site
Same problem deposited £25 to try the site and won a bit. I’ve withdrawn some but didn’t get a text or email about the withdrawal compare to the other site, which is a little bit suspicious. Carried on playing with my left balance but when I lost everything and just about to use my £25 bonus then the site crashed and I can’t log in anymore. This site is not even worth 1 star. Don’t care about the bonus just give me my withdrawn money.

Are you a scam site ?
I don't think I need to add to the long tale of woes that this site brings !!!! I am just so incenced at the crashing .....the balance going missing.....the loss of a withdrawal.....need i go on !!!! Needs investigating further

Always errors on the gaming
Do not use this site. Keeps coming up internal error. It kicks you off the site an if you try and get back on it says site down or may have moved to another permanent website. All well an good but mid game!!! Not happy

Basically jack and Beth are robbing scum.. u can deposit without a hick up.. want to withdraw or win and collect. The site crashes. Horrible people really.

Communication error loses bonus
Playing a slot and midway through a bonus the game crashed. when I refreshed to start again as I have on all other sites, the bonus was no longer there, neither was the money I had already won. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone, no response on live chat and no response to email. Straight away thinking scam after wagering a lot of money

Debit card scam -£500 I have never used this site in my life
Im abroad on holiday and just received a notification your webpage taken £500 from my Business debit card. I never heard or used your webpage or games, and never gave my details! And my card with me abroad. My bank started an investigation but I just hope there is someone on your end who wanna help. Regards After 6 months still no result from this scammers. My bank refunded me but this scumbags.....
