We purchased one of their plugins. They helped us setting it up. We needed a customization for it which they offered to code, which was nice. During the process they suddenly disappeared but it turns out they were having some issues receiving my emails. Once back in touch, they assisted me in setting up the customization and now everything works amazingly! We look forward to working again with them.

The best booking plugin

I have used their plugins for a few years now. Any problems that occur, they get onto quickly and apply a fix. I have asked them to create a few paid customisations for us over the years, these were delivered quickly and worked first time. My experience has always been excellent and better than many other plugin providers I deal with.

Bought a PRO license and there are no features, no support, nothing! I payed for nothing. They don't even have a website anymore or anything :(

We're really sorry to hear about your experience. This certainly doesn't reflect the level of service we aim to provide. It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding or technical issue. We still have an active support team and website, and we’d really like the chance to make things right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can investigate and assist you as soon as possible. Thanks with Regards MagePeople Team
