The parcel shipped directly from China. There are two labels on the package, one is from last mile courier, the one underneath is China courier with tracking number traceable on Chinese courier, YunExpress, YT2531800705144969. The products quality and style were different from image showed on the website. I'm okay with products from China if it said so and sell at reasonable price. The image represent online is misleading.

I honestly feel misled by this brand. They market themselves like a New York–based label, which is a big part of why I decided to order. But when the package finally arrived after almost 4 months,it had a Chinese shipping stamp and an address from Shenzhen, China. That alone says a lot. The price for shipping was insane also The long delivery time was already frustrating, but the bigger issue is the quality. The material feels cheap, the stitching is poor, and the fit is completely off compared to what’s shown online. It looks nothing like the photos. Overall, this feels like a classic dropshipping situation where branding doesn’t match reality. Between the misleading image, extremely slow shipping, and disappointing quality, I would not recommend buying from them.
