Updated review. I did reach out to the company when my order was lost in shipping and they expedited a new order. My son is now thrilled with the bag. Thank you for a quick response. I hope the bag lasts the year but the great customer service is what will make us a repeat customer.

Hi! Boy this type of review is terrible for us. Sometimes shipping problems happen that are out of our control. Were you able to get resolution? I don't believe you ever contacted us to let us know. We never want to let you down. I looked up your order and we shipped it the same day it came into our system. It was send via USPS so it was an issue with them...I am so sorry. I hope you received it and love your Madpax despite the shipping taking so long. Hoping you will change your mind about the 1 star review. Thank you so much for your business!
