There is no customer service. I emailed customer service multiple times to return or exchange some of the product and got zero response. I'm not happy with the product or service at all.

Hello, we are very sorry for the delay in shipping. The 2-3 day time frame is an automated number that is calculated by USPS to show the shipping time it takes. We state in our TOS that we need an additional 2-3 days to create your pendant since there is curing, painting and other processes we have to do to hand make each pendant. I’m updating my review. I bought a spoon from these guys which was great but they said if I left a review on here then they would send me a free new spoon. Well I did so and emailed them multiple times about it, showing them proof and I get no reply. Then I get a prompt to review on trust pilot again so here’s your review you liar. Sucks because I actually loved my original spoon but don’t promise things you won’t deliver on
