I placed this order on 12/25. I received an automated reply saying my order was waiting on parts to arrive. My grandson then called me back and asked if I’d placed the order and if I hadn’t don’t, he did more research on your company and found numerous bad reviews even some suggestion that you were scammers. I then sent you an email and called and have had no response!

I had problems with the lifters they had a hole in which they are not MDS and lost oil pressure and they did not charge, I had to disarm the top again and replace them again (packs and lifters) the rest is compatible with my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2013 Overland engine

Mad hornets send me the wrong part. My mechanic confirmed the part they claimed that fits my car its not. Even though I showed them pictures supporting my claim, their still in denial. They insisted their technician verified fitment refusing to take the return and suggesting to take the lost. I paid $149 for the part.

Horrible! Shipping is slow with no faster paid option. Customer service is horrendous, they drag you around asking nonsense questions instead of just providing support for questions or return. Return policy is a nightmare! I’d be fine with paying return shipping, but 30% restocking fees for a part that’s never been used is robbery. “Kayla” has very little to no social skill when it comes to customer service and seems to just offer anything BUT what you’re asking for……. Can’t even call the part “aftermarket” because it doesn’t work at all. Lexus IS300 APPS sensor “throttle control sensor” was faulty straight from the box. My car wouldn’t and couldn’t function to drive a mile with this part installed. It took finding a 25 year old part from marketplace to fix my car, over a brand new fake part that is just meant to be a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The camshaft kit that was ordered was actually good quality as far as material and how everything looked. After everything was installed I kept getting camshaft position sensor intermittent codes which led me down a rabbit hole of trying to fix the issue and a lot of time was spent just for it to be the tone ring on the Exhaust camshaft bank 1 and Intake camshaft bank 2 not being correctly positioned on the camshaft which threw the computer codes indicating that the cams were out of time when mechanically everything was correctly timed.

I’m still waiting on any kind of news on some roller rockers I ordered for my LS1. I ordered them on November 25th and I have no news on if they are sent shipped or anything.

Ordered a valve body that did not work when installed in the vehicle. The rubber grommets were chipped, the solenoid pack seal was crushed and broken which caused the shift position pins to not make contact with the shift plate and the vehicle would not start. Contacted them and sent them pictures if the damage and they told me they could give me a 10% refund and I could just leave it in the vehicle. Why would anyone leave a bad part that caused the vehicle to not run installed. I had to buy another valve body and now fighting to get my money back. I will also be reporting them to the BBB

Very disappointed. Ordered a part, after more than a month it was still showing that it was in chino California. I requested another part and was told to Wait a little longer. Still didn't show and they said they would issue a refund in a few days. Re ordered and this one is awaiting shipping for the last 15 days. Terrible service.
