I have not received my item yet
I have not received my item yet. It should have been here last week. I would give more stars if my purchase was here.

No Proof Provided—No Touchups Made
Website says they will touch up your uploaded photo for best results. There was no attempt to do anything in that regard. Looks terrible! I waited weeks for this? No communication if photo was even uploaded correctly and then no follow up or proof provided for the custom photo. Could have corrected or made suggestions, but instead just showed up weeks later. Very disappointing! Will never order from here again.
