Items were not packed well and arrived broken or missing. Very upset and disappointed. Also very angry I ended up ordering another one right after so really not looking forward to its arrival.

Ordered this on 1/23. Never received a shipping notification and it is currently 3/5 and I still do not have the item.

You advertise 7-14 day express delivery. It’s been 17 days and and it is still in Shanghai at a sorting center. I only ordered these items because of the delivery time you falsely advertised. The message I got today, March 4th said the delays were because of the holidays?? What holiday, I ordered on Feb. 17.

Terrible its 23 days and i still dont receive nothing. Customer service terrible dont answer. Dont tell anythinh that help. Dont return money. Very bad experience.

Ordered 2/14 and have yet to receive.

I ordered my Diamond Custom Painting on February 4, 2022 and as of March 1, 2022 I have not received it. I have requested my $39.99 payment to be refunded but have not heard from Made With Diamonds.

Ordered in February with 7-14 business days shipping. Nothing as yet. Sent emails asking for update on order and no reply. Am beginning to think I have lost the money for what was meant to be my great nephews present. Feel so let down and also letting down a child. Very poor service
