Still have not received order. Says at final pickup and out for delivery on May 5th. Hopefully comes today. Person it is for leaves for Italy soon.

Worst company and customer service ever. First the only platform told me to pic one size which was fine but then after placing my order I was told that the size was too small and I needed to pay more or cancel. If it’s a system issue, I shouldn’t have to pay. As I was asking questions I was then told my order was shipped out but I never received the shipping informations. Questioned some more, I was told nope it wasn’t shipped out. Had to question more and still no help so they finally cancelled but I still haven’t received my money back nor do I expect to see it. I understand mistakes but no one actually looked into the case and all I received were excuses and misinformation.

I didn't like the color of his face . I was hoping it would be like the color of my first pic face not dark pink I rather have light skin . I'm going to try to send another pic .

When my package came I was very excited to see it. Except when I opened it both my canvases were creased so bad I'm unable to do them. In one of my items the drills were open and every where. Very sad because I paid for everything but unable to do them. That's why I give such a bad rating

I bought this for my daughter’s birthday. I received the wrong kit. I asked for e refund because there was no way another one would get to me in time. I received an email stating they re-shipped the correct one and allow 15 days for shipping. I will NEVER order from them again. There are many companies that value their customers, this is definitely not one of them!

I have not received my picture yet and it has been in transit for 19 days

The quality of the picture isn’t that good , could hardly tell what it was.
