It’s hard to rate a product that never came in

I have not received my order yet

The colors are all wrong my granddaughter has brown skin not white and her face looks like she has clown makeup on, her dress was sunshine yellow not a pale yellow, "Very disappointed" I will never order from you again!! I waited too long and paid too much for this.I am trashing it.

Did not receive product

I still have not received my order. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have emailed with no reply as to where my order is. Hoping it will come soon or someone will reply.

My order is missing 2 colors. It's a small size and not a lot of colors, so missing 2 is pretty frustrating

Customer service is terrible when you Had an issue with the one you through loops before they even fix it takes forever for their product to show up and when it finally does there’s always a problem with it I was sent a double-sided adhesive painting and when I contacted them about it they fought with me and claimed it was poured glue when it was not don’t like the company of the product
