The only problem I have is the false assumption that my pieces would be here in 7-10 days. Please let your customers know that it's coming from China and will take forever to arrive.

The quality is good, but the shipping time takes forever.

I am disappointed! Colors were not at all the same as picture!

The detail was excellent, however the color scheme was very odd. Face and body of person appeared very "orange" definitely not what it should have been.

The coupon code was sent to me after my purchase. This was a disappointment. I spent $39.99 on a gift for my nephew. The beads are so tiny. The shipping did take a lot longer than expected. I do like the Diamond Art picture made from the actual picture I gave. I will refer this place to others. Thank you.

Art came in great condition, was really happy it shipped within 24 hours as well. AND it was cheap, would totally give 5 stars. But... it took over a month to get here even though it was in my area within a few days. It went from my area, to Oklahoma, Texas, California, back to my area, another place in my state and then to Oklahoma again before actually reaching me. I get shipping is a bit rough now a days but it was in my area twice before reaching me.

I like the diamond dot selections and the time from order to delivery is not so bad. The only issue I had is one of my orders was sent with the wrong color and shape of diamonds. I did send an email about it with a picture. I was told that the correct items would be sent to me, that was Nov. 23 it is now Dec 7. I needed to have this one picture done and framed by Dec 19. for a birthday gift. So this leaves me disappointed, hope the correct items arrive sometime soon.

The kits were fun to look at and,I'm currently enjoying one of them. However, according to your website I was under the impression that the products were made in the USA. I was very disappointed that everything came from China. This is probably the main reason I will not order from you again.
