Made with DiamondsReviews of madewithdiamonds.com

The product is nice, but it took 3 weeks to get it.

I have to say that the 3 star rating is because I have not received my item yet. I ordered a custom piece and realize its takes longer to receive...and it ships from China. So I cannot give any reviews on this item yet. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and when I do finally get my order I will post an honest review.

Two issues: 1) UNACCEPTABLE PKG. Canvas is rolled up so tight, that it takes a week to flatten it out with boards and weight before I can even work on it. Canvas should have NO CREASES! 2) DIAMONDS CHANGE IN SIZE FROM COLOR TO COLOR FOR HEIGHT AND DIAMETER. Uniformity in SHAPE and SIZE of every diamond MATTERS on the finished product, and makes application so much easier during the process. Overall quality needs to improve.

The kit is nice; however it did have fold creases in the canvas. You really should consider inserting it in or wrapping it around a sturdy cylindrical tube of some sort.

I placed my original order took 2 months to arrive. After emails with Shirley, I learned of the holiday shutdown I was a little more understanding. She offered a credit for the delay, and I accepted. I feel there should have been a message upon ordering of the delay.

The customer service is excellent. I just had problems going to a square diamond and I ordered a larger print this time. So I am not enjoying it as much as with the round.

As far as the picture goes is was great. But I suggest only using 1 picture. I tried to use to many pictures and it just didnt come out right. I will use again but with with only 1 picture next time.

The products are nice. The length of time to be delivered was twice what I was expecting. 6 weeks vs 2-3 weeks.
