It’s been 1 month since I’ve placed my order and their has been no emails about it or anything I’m really disappointed about this

You lost a diamond painting of my three month old daughter and my husband and you guys aren’t doing anything to find it or give me a refund.

Placed my order November 23 2022 and still have not received my diamond art this company said they would send another one but yet haven’t heard about that one either honestly not happy at all

Number one, two colors were missing Number two it does not look like a Christmas tree Very disappointed!

Terrible quality for what I paid. I’m not even going to waste my time and do the painting. So there goes money down the drain.

The colors looked nothing like the picture and the quality was poor. I can hardly tell what the picture is. I'm really disappointed because my husband got them for my birthday.

Customer service & quality of this product is just unacceptable. Horrible people to deal with. There is no guarantee on the product. Choose another company.
