I did most of the picture and I think the colors were mixed up cuz you can't tell the skin ,it's not like the picture.

Took to long to get and quality not good 😞 will see how it looks we put the crystals on 🤔

I would give it 0 stars if it let me. I ordered a kit and received someone else's order. I understand it is the holidays and things were busy-accidents happen. I reached out about getting the corrected order. Someone responded and asked me to send a photo of what I received. I sent that in along with the photo that I was supposed to receive. I have heard nothing back. Bad customer service.

I have still not received my project even though I was charged the day (Dec 2) for the peoject. I have emailed 2 times and never receive a reply!

I would love to give a glowing endorsement of my product, but after more than 4 weeks I still haven’t received my order! I had planned to make my diamond dotz, frame it and give as a gift, however it’s going to come much too late for this.

So about two weeks ago ( 1-2 days give or take ) I have ordered an Obanai & Mitsuri art piece from them for my girlfriend. Turns out that after 12 days of not checking on the status of my order it was exactly as i have left it prior to checking it. Which was " we have received your order". To noone's surprise i have received absolutely zero feedback as to when my package is being shipped or arriving after as i have mentioned above, two weeks of waiting. They are probably deleting bad reviews but in hopes anyone reads mine, i urge you not to purchase products from them.

Never received this order and all emails were returned as not deliverable. Do not buy from this company!!!!

I have no clue how this product is because I've been waiting over a month for mine. At this point I think this is a scam.
