Please DON'T order from this rip off company in China that doesn't stand behind their products with refunds or try to remake a botched product. Faces blown up like balloons and distorted and putting BLUE hair on an elderly person that had gray and light brown and facial skin looks like a horrible skin disease, just to name a few of discrepancies!

This company is an absolute joke. How can you say you’re a US company and than it clearly shows that your product is coming from china. I needed this by Christmas and it’s still in china so now my wife will not get this gift until who knows when. Do not prefer anything from this company unless you do t care when it comes .

NOT A US COMPANY. They are extremely misleading to say they are a US-based company. The kits come from CHINA and I am still waiting to receive my order. Very disappointed and will not purchase from them again.

Worst diamond painting I've done wouldn't let me pick the size I wanted so faces came out blurry and numbers not legible wanted to order bigger size but if I picked a size other than what they recommended it cut off part of pic big waste of money wont order from them ever again

I bought two kits. Neither of them came with a pen, or any sticky material to pick up the diamonds or a tweezer. When I reached out to customer service they asked me to send them a picture of what I received, and then I didn't hear from them. Days later I emailed them asking for a refund and they didn't even acknowledge that, they just told me that they sent the missing items in the mail. When I got the missing items in the mail, specifically in regards to the sticky material to pick up the diamonds, it was the smallest little square and I have no idea how that is supposed to last me the whole portrait.
