Horrible experience. A $65 bear didn't get delivered, even though it says it was. Another bear is taking around 2 months now (covid) but still way past the expected due date. I'd be suprised if it even shows up cause the item is made and shipped from the good old crunchy eyed fellas in yellow town making 2cent for every hour of labor.

Do not order from this site!! THEY MISLEAD THEIR CUSTOMERS. They have a location in California on their website to mislead customers to believe their orders are delivered from California when in actuality they ship their orders from Shenzen,China. China not California!! I ordered from their website on May 15, 2020 and it is now june 07, 2020 and I still haven't received my order and they refuse to give me a delivery date! When I order, their website said shipping would be the following week. LIES!!! I emailed their customer service department many times to ask about my order and I am always given the runaround and I never get an honest or direct answer. I would give them zero stars but it's not allowed!! The only good reviews this company have are from "Lithuania" not from the USA. Seems VERY sketchy and shady! Also, the Rose's are not real, they are artificial flowers. BUYER BEWARE! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND MISLEADING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I AM NOT SURE THAT I WILL EVER GET MY SHIPMENT!!

Was told I couldn’t cancel order, everything on site is on sale yet they don’t refund sale items, wants you to pay shipping to resend items and 20% restock fee. Still haven’t received my items way past eta.

Absolutely horrible. First off, the product took a month and a half to arrive. Upon opening this product I came to discover that the “luxurious” box that it’s supposed to sit in was incredibly damaged and misshapen from the packaging. The website says nothing about roses being fake, although that was assumed. They’re just foam pieces put together with a hot glue gun. It is advertised to be “high quality” with “lightning fast delivery” which is completely false. There is nothing luxurious about this. I strongly do not recommend.
