I ordered my Wife and Daughters gift on the 5th of December 2020 and it's January 7th and only received my Daughters necklace. The Galaxy Rose I order and necklace I haven't been able to track, It's idle in the same place. On the tracking page. Again I received my daughters necklace but my wife's gift is still MIA. I don't think ordering from this company is worth the worry or trouble. I was not impressed by necklace or packaging. I fear my wife gift will not be as beautiful as the advertisement made it out to be.

Unsatisfied Customer!!!! My man ordered the bear and LED box and I never received the box. They've been giving me the run around about the box. They gave me the wrong tracking number. I called their number and it doesn't work! This company is suspect!

I placed an order November 11th. Order went through money was taken immediately. Few days later I get a tracking number and was like ok everything is going well. Fast forward 3 weeks zero changes to the delivery status. So I reach out through email and get a response backing saying they will look into it. Later in the week I have to request an update and they respond with, "Its stuck in your countries customs." I just got an email a few days ago stating it arrived at a sorting facility in Guangzhou. I ordered this for delivery in Canada. I'm expecting at this point to get a terrible product like some of the other reviews. I also doubt any of these 5 star reviews are real.

It’s been 4 weeks and i am still YET to receive my purchase from madeofrose. I will NEVER be ordering from them again & I don’t recommend anyone else use them either !

The tracking is garbage im still yet to receive my item its been almost a month and the customer service number doesnt work

I ordered a rose three weeks ago the tracking is horrible!! And contact number is a non working number! And no one will return my emails about my order!

Took a month for me to finally receive my item. Not only was the tracking TERRIBLE but the product arrived damaged and in bad condition. The support team was responsive up until the point I asked for a refund and where to return the product.

Its fake and I paid to get a real rose but I got a fake one and plus I got the smallest size even though I paid for the largest. Bad delivery I got after 2 months and not inside the box I had to put the pox together and set the fake bear inside. I don't recommend it to ur lover at all. It came from China.
