I ordered on January 20th, expecting to buy gifts for my girlfriend for valentine's day. 24 days later and there has been no updates on shipping info or any hope of giving these to my girlfriend for valentines. Sucks I spent $140 and now have to rebuy another gift because they couldn't get it here within a month of order being processed. On top of that, no refunds after 20 days. So I literally will be receiving these whenever they feel like delivering it and I'm just screwed on the deal. I would not recommend taking a risk with these guys. I did and am paying for it now

Ordered weeks ago and still no update on shipping information, wasn’t aware the items I ordered came all the way from China when I placed my order, doesn’t seem right going to contact my bank. Also looks like the good reviews are fake, they mention nothing about how long shipping took for them. Wish I seen this sooner, other reviewers are right we could get these same items threw Amazon.

So I ordered some items from madeofrose and I'm already sorry I did it . Shipping said nothing about coming from China. Then I get a tracking number for China post . Well that sucks. I will be returning this crap soon as it arrives. Ok people , Amazon has all the same stuff for same or cheaper with guaranteed delivery.

So this was by far the worst purchase of my life. Not only did it take over a month to receive my order which I placed a week before Christmas and received in late January. Got the package with no assembly directions, it was cheaply made and the light assembly that came with it was multicolored Christmas colors! So not only did it ruin my Christmas present it also ruined my valentines gift. I would strongly reconsider purchasing the rose ballon and just invest the time to go out and purchase the materials and do it yourself.

Wouldn’t recommend paid for 2 day delivery and it’s been a week and they are rude when asking them questions through email like it’s not their concern

I ordered a bear from madeofrose back on 12/2. The website charged me extra for "1st Class shipping". It also claimed tracking info would be sent in 2 days. There was also mention that it would be shipped within 5-15 days. It just arrived today. I WISH I could post the plastic bag it arrived in. Very unhappy. Not even an offer to refund part of my money spent. I heard of "you get what you paid for" but I certainly didn't pay for this. If I could give a quarter of a star that would still be too much!!!

the order took 3 months to arrived, the bear came in very poor condition, and when contacted they told me i have to pay a fee... ridiculous

Bear came damaged and did not receive LED box I paid for. Bear was wrapped in plastic!
