Okay so I mean it’s only like 20 dollars of difference. I order a bear for 56 and they Gave me only 39 back. They said there is a 20% restocking and cancellation fee??? They said they would ship in two days, but they first of all didn’t ship at all in a week. I cancelled the order and they charge me 20%??? Uhh you didn’t ship the item... long story short don’t order from these jokers

Madeofrose is a complete misrepresentation. I ordered a rose bear on 2-03-21, for Valentines Day, which is still not delivered. They do not represent that the order is coming from out of the country and will be caught up at customs for weeks. I will never purchase from madeofrose again.

Wost experience ever. I ordered 2 items a month ago I received 1 item which I had to put together with items that looked like from the dolar store and I spent some money and my second item I haven't received it. When I contact them I get the same thing the item is in route check the tracking so I got fed up and asked for a refund and the rude responds was well send the items back and we will give you a refund! I ain't got nothing to send back..... this place is trash.l big time.

Placed my order well over two weeks ago, specifying for 2 days urgent delivery. A majority of the order HAS YET TO SHIP. NOT RESPONSIVE WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM. NOT EVEN SURE I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK AT THIS POINT. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FRON THESE GUYS.

Ordered it a month ago and it’s yet to arrive. Says 2-4 days express delivery yet when I put this option only after did they specify that’s for them dispatching the item. Do NOT order from here and find yourself someone who can deliver in under a month. Joke of a company.

Place order January 31st still arrived February 16 wow ...then shipped in plastic bag ..I order with box ..no box payed extra for the box ..then bear is smashed and roses missing gap where the roses should be at ...never ordering again .... don't recommend

Terrible, hasn’t shown up for 11 days after ordering. So now I look like a ***. Luckily I have a amazing girl friend or I’d be in big trouble. FYI they are made in CHINA so knowing that now I have no faith in the product or ever getting it. Says it’s been stuck in transit the last 5 days. Never ordering again. From now on I’m never ordering a valentines present online or going with a “trend” . Scammers
