I wish I could give them NO stars!!! My man orders me a bear for a Valentine’s Day and it is April and we have still have not received a reply back from email. Have been ignored for months TERRIBLE customer service, STOLE our money... DO NOT SUPPORT MADEOFROSES.

The bear I ordered came 2-3months maybe longer after I ordered it. And it was squashed! The bear was completely ruined.

No good at all im beyond pissed waited over a month all ive recieved was excuses that makes no sense i ordered last month and still haven't received my package

Do Not Order From This Place! I placed a order over a month ago and still nothing. I emailed them asking where my package was and I wanted to cancel the order do to the unsatisfactory of their services and nothing! I didn’t even want to give them the one star they forced me to give on this review!

They are thieves ! Do not order from them. First the quality of the product is low, specially the teddy bear since they don't send it in a box, but wrapped in plastic Second, it took a whole month for my order to arrive even though it was a "2 day shipping " Third my order arrived incomplete and when I complained to get a refund they told me to send everything back before I could get one. Even though I don't even have a complete order And even after all the trouble they don't even offer the refund label so I have to pay to return a late and incomplete order. Horrible. Do not waste your time and money

Do NOT use this company. I ordered a Valentine's Day gift a month ago and it still hasn't showed up. It's a scam. Take your business elsewhere. Update (March 10, 2021): I still haven’t received the Valentine’s Day order I placed on February 4th. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, as Made of Rose had not addressed my two requests for a refund. Rather than apologizing and taking responsibility, they sent this email to let me know how seriously they take “customer fraud”: “Hello , We've recently noticed that you have made a chargeback/dispute with your credit card issuer for your order from our store. We take these claims extremely seriously and always contact the relevant authorities and submit all evidence of purchase, tracking, and customer information to the credit card issuer, to prevent customer fraud where someone tries to keep both the product and the money. If you want full refund, you must return our items back to us. CEO Nathan Kilmer Madeofrose” If I could give a lower rating to them I would. Do NOT use this company. They’re horrible.

The quality of the item is worst than at the dollar store it probably cost 5$ for my 110$ u.s. order ! I don’t recommend this website for any purchase
