MadeofroseReviews of madeofrose.com

This company is the worst company to order anything. Do not order from them. I order a Rose Bear on April 23rd with guarantee delivery by Mother's Day. As of June 12th, my product hasn't arrived yet. I called the company and they can't do anything since product suppose to be out for delivery.

This company is the worst and full of Shiii. I place a order a week before Mothers Day of 2021. I have not receive my order yet. I contacted these people on 4-5 different occasions. I even request a refund and was told I need to send the order back. How the the hell can I send something back I never received. This is order coming way from China by boat, then by plane and last by truck delivery. These people said shipping is impacted by the Pandemic!! It still don’t take that long to receive a order. I track this order every week and now there is no tracking available.... WTFF!!! Shame on me!! I should of read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Nothing but bad reviews and these people are robbing their customer.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a SCAM! It took 6 weeks for me to receive a cheap rose bear that cost me $75. I wish I could give them $0 stars.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. ORDERED MAY 8th and ITS JUNE 8th and still have not received. Requested refund and said they could not honor a refund bc it has to be done within 24 hours of order... NO REFUND FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED. These good reviews are fake!! PLEASE BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY THAT U WILL JUST BE GIVING AWAY! UPDATE- 6/22/21- still no product and still refused refund

If they would have had a banner on their site saying that it may take TIME for your order to arrive, I may not have had a problem... I ordered two rose bears, one each for two different females, for Mothers Day on May 5th.. I also paid for two day shipping.. It is now June 2nd and nothing.. I see by the tracking app, in inbound flight got into Singapore on May 17th and thats where they are at now.. I emailed them with my order number this past thur and they replied from what they see the orders are in "YOUR" country and should be delivered soon.. That was on sat.. As of today tracking says they are still in Singapore.. I admit, I didn't do my homework and check this place out but from the reviews I see and the bad experience I am dealing with, this dam well will the first and last time I use the POS company.. Lying, cheating scam artist.. From what I see in the reviews, I will want to hide my head in shame if they ever do show up.. (UPDATE)...ONE of the two FINALLY showed up this afternoon(June 16th).. No box.. And the roses are rubber.. As far as I can see, the other one is California customs... still no ETA on when delivery

All the REAL REVIEWS ARE TRUE. This is a SCAM they ship from CHINA BUT HAVE AN US PHONE NUMBER. I should have found this site first, these people are getting very smart on how to scam you. DONT ORDER

I wish I could give this company NEGATIVE stars. This is a total scam. to wait almost a month for an order and upon receipt the packaging was half-ass just thrown together, Secondly, once fully unwrapping the flowers are NOT EVEN REAL. they are of a Styrofoam type material. on top of the flowers not being real some of them are failing off. Bad smell coming from the product as well. I am so dissatisfied. These were a Mother's Day Gift that didn't get delivered until 6/1/2021 almost a month later. I expected so much more and what I got is truly garbage. The moment is ruined and there is no fixing it. I could cry with how unhappy i am

This is the worst experience. Never got my item
