Amazing service! I was very hesitant on this purchase from some of the reviews. Overall I am stratified and would buy it again. First off the box came damaged. Not bad or crushed but for me I would not gift this in the box. I had planned on using a gift bag with tissue paper before the purchase anyway. Taking out the bear there were several strings of hot glue. I simply picked them off. Took less than 2 mins. There was 2 roses that had some hot glue on them. I took my time and picked off the glue gently. Didn't hurt a thing. The bear is better quality than expected. The roses are foam but I didn't have to reattach any roses. I handled the bear like any other object and no roses came off or felt loose. Honestly even if there were roses that came off it would be simple to hot glue them back. Overall this will be a great addition to Valentines this year as I don't plan on buying real flowers but this gives that idea of flowers. I hope this helps you. Oh the bow on the bear was not tied how I would like, and stuck by hot glue. I am removing it and hot gluing my own bow.

I was a little skeptical but when it came i was blown away. The flower was well preserved and the necklace says I love you in different languages when you hold it against light in the dark. I bough 2 for my mother and mother in law. One pink one red. Both beautiful flowers. I want one for me now.

Bought this gift for my wife's birthday and it came quick. my wife really like the roses because it's her favorite flower. def recommend to anyone who is searching for a great gift at any time. quality product that wouldn't last or have the appeal that I was hoping for. I must say that this product is perfect and exactly what I was searching for. I appreciate the fact that is is not battery powered but rather electric with a USB cable which is no problem to plug in and enjoy. It sits on our black baby grand piano and really is impressive. My wife loves that fact that she received a flower for Birthday that won't wilt or die. The lights are well distributed and add the perfect touch of class. Compared with all of the other products in this category I can honestly say that it the best one available and will definitely recommend it to my friends! Well done!!

Honestly BEAUTIFUL! The negative review had me skeptical but I knew in my heart I had to buy one & see for myself. It is more gorgeous in person. It’s a Anniversary gift, so I have to try to keep it secret for an entire month, & that’s the worst thing about this! I absolutely LOVE it. I can’t even speak to the quality & how much you can tell it’s a real rose. The color is vibrant & so lifelike.
