The worst company on gods green earth I've been waiting for 2 months for one item There's no refund horrible costumer service And tracking sucks , I hope they go out of Business

Franchement clairement a fuir , j'ai commandé pour noël , j'ai commandé fin novembre on est aujourd'hui le 30 décembre mon suivi de colis n'a pas avancer il est toujours pas arrivé en grave alors qu'il devais être là en maximum 15 jours , je sais même pas si je vais le recevoir ou pas au finale, et quand je contacte le site par mail ils ne me répondent pas , en plus d'être une arnaque ils ont aucun service client fidèle

I placed my order over 2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. During those 2 months I have emailed to ask the status of my order is. The response was that they will get in contact with the shipping company and get back to me. Then there was no response until I sent them an email again. They have replied with the exact same email and did not get back to me with the status of my order. This happened 4 times with the same email and the same responses. I understand the pandemic situation at the moment but all I wanted to know was how long will it take. But the couldn’t even get a simple answer

absolutely worst experience. Special occasion turned out to be a disaster. Takes 3 weeks at minimum. Coming from China. Tracking number really doesn’t tell you anything other than that it’s in transit until you actually get it. On top of that, they will mess up your order and not send you the box that you paid for. Also, they will ONLY refund for the cost of the box. Absolutely zero sense of customer satisfaction and doesn’t give a damn about ruining the special gift you got for your loved ones. They will delete any negative reviews immediately that you post on their website. If you are still ordering from them even after seeing this post. You are an idiot.

JUST DON’T!!!! It’s a scam. I ordered on 5/22 and was expecting it to arrive for mother day, and guess what? 2 months later “5/31 I receive my order with the teddy and the box crushed!!! Seriously don’t waste your money on this page.

Almost a month and haven’t received anything yet this company sucks ass. Should of read all the bad reviews before purchasing!!

I ordered a bear May 1,2021. I STILL HAVE NOT received my order. It was for Mothers Day. This scam be site and company's customer service is non-existent. You email and they say because of covid. I TRULY HOPE this company is closed, sued and held financially responsible. Their 5 star reviews are fake.
