My product did not come in a box as pictured. It was almost 2 weeks late, and not "made of roses" it is made of foam

Do not recommend this company, ordered a bear on 2/8 and still now on 2/23 still did not receive it. Not even sure this is a real company.

This place is a scam!!!! I ordered my item on 2/10 and was guaranteed delivery by 2/14, they created the label on 2/11 and never took it to usps for shipping. I called the post office and they told me the company never dropped off the product. I reached out to the company and 2/16, 2/17 up to 2/21 and was told they could not refund my mom because “their records show my item as being delivered” and they was a complete lie. You can not even speak to anyone.

Do not order from there bad service shipping was too late I mean very late over 18 day still on the way missing my Valentines gift to her

Made an order, saw the reviews, csncelled the order (voa email) within 10 min of it being placed. They replied wanted via email to charge 20% for cancelling. Will have to get my bank involved. Horrible.

Came the day after Valentine's Day and was small. The ribbons looked bootleg and the top ribbon looked like a twist tie.No Rose's not even a hint of rose..It's ugly and my 7 year old triplets laughed at it like damn dad that's ugly. Never again. Oh and customer service wasn't helpful

I would not recommend this company to any potential buyers. You won’t receive the tracking number they promise. Ordered a gift three weeks before Valentine’s Day and still haven’t received it. Shame on me for making this mistake with this company.

Site très bien fait qui vous fait croire a des produits de bonne qualités. Sauf que c’est du Aliexpress qui mettra 1mois a venir ! Article acheté rose enchantée gold 40€ Vu sur Aliexpress (strictement la même) 7,50€. De plus la rose devait s’allumer mais ce n’est pas le cas. (Le compartiment à pile n’est même pas fixé). Leur politique de retour vous facture 15€ et n’accepte pas les produits soldés (sauf qu’il le sont tous) Bref je n’ai pas été vigilant, j’ai acheté ça pour la St Valentin la prochaine fois je resterai sur des roses classique.
