I ordered my wife something from this company over 2weeks an I still haven’t received my order I have tried to speak someone but all I got was an email telling me my order was not even in their system an still no order has came.

I would give this company no stars. They advertise beautiful products but I never received my order. I can’t get a hold of anybody. I got robbed! Order number 9261290306014800624005 can’t even be tracked. Stay far away from this place

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered from them, o was double charged. After 4 days goi g back and fourth they did refund me for 1 order. I ordered 03/21 and still have not received a tracking number. When I trying to look up my order on their website, it states order number could not be located. I have been trying to reach out to them via email for about a week now NO response. You can NOT call them you can only communicate through emails.. THEY ARE SCAMMERS…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Please don't order from them. It took over a month to receive a order. The box came broken and scratch and the flowers, don't let me get started on the flowers. They where flatten into the box. Save yourself the stress from this company. Not worth a penny.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered the LED rose on January 26. It is now March 4 and it still has not arrived. The site says 1-4 days of processing and it took them over a week to process it and they did not provide any tracking number until 1 more week after “it shipped.” I contacted them for a refund multiple times and they always take more than 3 days to reply, most likely because they are trying to buy time for the order to actually arrive. Even the longest shipping time on their website is 10-25 days and it’s already passed that. So again, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Très en colère, site à fuir, c'est du made in chinois ! En attente depuis plus de 3 semaines ! Les mêmes sur ali express en beaucoup moins cher !

I expected to get what I ordered before Valentine’s Day . I made my order on February 8 2023 . Obviously I didn’t read shipping information correctly. It’s February 26 , 2023 . And i still haven’t received my order . So if I was someone trying to order from this website I would order a month before .so you can get your order on time!!! It’s funny and ridiculous. Yes ! But I would never order from here again .

They deserve 0 stars. It’s a scam. I ordered a bear for $87 on January 28th and was expecting to get it for Valentine’s Day. I never received a tracking number so I couldn’t see where my order was at. I emailed them saying I wanted to cancel the order, but they never gave me my money back. I’ve emailed them many times and they have not responded. It’s now February 24th and I still haven’t got the bear or my money back. DONT ORDER FROM THEM !!!
