My order never shipped, never picked up by UPS. Customer support twice never got back to me. It has been almost one month since my credit card was charged for the order. I have not received my order.

I have used this product for many years and am always happy with how it makes my skin look. I am 62, and this serum leaves my skin very moist, so, I don't need any extra moisturizers. I use this around my eyes and jawline, and it really does give you a lift where you are sagging. It has just enough Retinol to be effective at minimizing the look of wrinkles, but not so much as to irritate the skin. I have used so many other potions, but really, this is the best. They also give you 2 ounces, which lasts a very long time, so, I really think it's well worth the price. Great company!

I received an email from this company confirming an order that I did not put in. The order was for a different individual with a different address. I reached out to the company as I was concerned that someone may have accessed my account with them and is using my information, including financial to place orders. There is absolutely no customer service. I tried to email them since they don't list a phone number, no response. I finally found a phone number and no one ever answers. I've left voice mails specifying the issue but have had no resolution. I emailed them again and got an bizarre automated response from Penelope a stating that the order was running late. I am beyond frustrated that I cannot find out how a complete stranger was able to order under my information and a company that could not care less.
