We’re sorry to hear about your experience, we understand how frustrating bans can be. To clarify a few important points for anyone reading: • We do not encourage or support using our software on main accounts. It is clearly stated to use alternate accounts only and to follow safe-use guidelines. • Hardware bans are issued by the game’s anti-cheat, not by our software. They are typically triggered by multiple factors such as repeated detections, behavior patterns, or other software/drivers on the system. • Using cheats on alt accounts can still put your system at risk if usage is excessive or unsafe — this is why we provide detailed recommendations to reduce risk, not eliminate it. We’ve had many users running the software without issues when following instructions properly, but no cheat is 100% risk-free, and bans are always a possibility in this space. That said, if you reached out to our support, we would be happy to: • Review your case • Check your configuration and usage • Help you understand what likely caused the detection • Discuss possible next steps If you’d like assistance, please open a ticket with your order ID — we don’t ignore problems, and we don’t hide from them. We genuinely wish you the best, and we’re open to helping if you decide to contact us.
