I use MadCap Flare to publish HTML5 help and to Salesforce. If you can't afford the expensive platinum service package, pray you don't have a problem because the system is very complex and the error messages tell you nothing about what the issue is. A few weeks ago I reported persistent errors preventing me from publishing to Salesforce. Not even support knows what the cryptic error messages mean, and after weeks of back and forth, apparently neither does the dev team. The support person I'm working with is only available until 11:00 am my time, which means that I may get one back and forth email exchange before he's gone for the day.
