We received the wrong bag and are trying to send it back for more than two weeks now. Communication is very difficult and Mad bag takes a lot of time to just make an return label that works. I would never buy something here again.

La peggiore esperienza di acquisto. Ho acquistato una borsa e, una volta ricevuta, ho deciso di cambiarla per un'altra, di colore e taglia più piccola, sempre dello stesso modello. Eleonora, la persona che ho contattato prima dell'acquisto, non ha più risposto quando le ho chiesto di cambiare borsa. Non solo non ti rimborsano i soldi se non sei soddisfatto del prodotto ricevuto, costringendoti a cambiarlo per un altro dei loro prodotti; Inoltre non rimborsano la differenza se scegli di acquistare un prodotto più economico. Ho rispedito la borsa al loro indirizzo indicato entro 24 ore (come richiesto) e non l'hanno mai ricevuta né ritirata al centro di spedizione! Conseguenza: mi hanno rimandato indietro il pacco e adesso ho in casa una borsa che non voglio, e ho perso 200 euro sull'acquisto. MadBag siete veramente impresentabili! Mai più! Ordine n°2402 Risposta 24/10/2025 In risposta al tuo commento, è completamente errato e falso ciò che stai dicendo, perché la borsa non l'hai mai ricevuta: lo stesso corriere mi ha chiamato per dirmi che nessuno rispondeva al domicilio fornito da voi e che doveva rimandarmela a casa. Questo, aggiunto alla risposta alla mia recensione un anno dopo, lascia molto da dire su di voi. Ribadisco: mai più! Borse copiate senza alcun tipo di originalità. Bye

Unfortunately, I did not think the product I received was comparable to the price I paid. I have sent the company an email about 5 business days ago, and I have yet to hear a response from them. I'm going to be honest here, I compared other bags in my closets in the same price point, and I did not feel like this bag delivered on quality. Points to note for any future purchasers: 1. suede quality was very sub par (I included a photo of another suede bag I just purchased from another brand) - it is very rough and ragged 2. leather edges of the bag are not painted and sealed. Almost all the bags I own, have a finished edge or a painted edge. The higher end the bag, the more likely they have a painted edge to finish. This one, had a 1/8" - 1/4" edgestitch, and you could see the fusing sandwiched between the leather 3. lining is rough and stiff (again, high end bags or even mid tier - ie. tory burch, has a soft or cotton lining 4. the product did not match the photo on the website - it looks like on instagram, the same bag has painted edges, but maybe i am wrong. 5. the strap does not have any fusing/pellon - it is very soft and wobbly 6. stitching on the side seams is not smooth 7. design of the zipper closure is super wierd - why include a facing that is MUCH SMALLER than the zipper length? I was really looking forward to this bag arriving, and sadly when i opened the box, i was disappointed as heck. I wish i could return it, but no one is responding on their end. This brand gets one star for that reason, no customer service and poor quality :(

No response at all over whats app or email about the return possibility. Only the information that the return policy is on the website. It is in Italian and there is no specific information about how and where to send the return to. I‘m very disappointed about the handling and customer service

Sac avec des finitions qui ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix ! À cela ce rajoute un service client de mauvaise fois (même avec l’envoi de vidéos pour prouver mes dires). Comme par hasard : plus aucune réponse de leur part et je me retrouve sans solution avec un sac que je ne porterai pas. Dégoûtée ! Je ne recommande pas DU TOUT
