I wish I had read the reviews first before my order. Yesterday I received my order. It is not that I'm happy with my purchase but I just want to change it for a bigger one. I just opened my box, saw the bag and put it back in the box. It's not that something could happen with that bag. The bag I bought was in sale price and now they say you can't return a sale price item. They say it is mentioned in their policy but I can't find nothing about that. I recommended the site to one of my friends but I will tell her to order nothing.

Really bad experience, they rejected to refund my credit cards for a return. Would definitely not recommend ordering here due to illegal and unlawful business practices.

They do not accept returns and do not comply to current EU rights (that say that companies MUST accept returns when selling online). Terrible customer service as well! Do not buy from them, they are not a legit company, I do not recommend them at all!

Poor quality, not worth the price. Had issues with returns and exchanges—very difficult process. The materials used are extremely cheap. Never buying from this company again.
