Absolute best team ever!! I have moved all banking to MACU because of this team!!

We've banked with MACU for a long time and it's my favorite credit union by far! When we moved to California, where there wasn't one, we kept it as our main account even though we opened local accounts where ever we moved. I'm so glad they have branches in Henderson, NV. Just called the main number with an issue regarding my Zelle account and Jackson Pierce helped solve my problem and he answered several of my questions. MACU you're doing a great job on hiring the right people! I'm grateful for another positive banking experience. Customer service has always been wonderful!

I have banked with MACU for over 10yrs. I found them based upon a recommendation from a friend. I have had several types of products with them. I truly do not understand the bad reviews because I have never experienced anything but EXCELLENT customer service. Whether it was a minor or major issue that I needed help with, every single person I dealt with at the branch or corporate level was beyond EXCEPTIONAL. No out-sourced calls and a real person behind every interaction. I recommend this institution all the time to everyone I know. Having been in the mortgage loan business myself in the past, I surmise that the naysayers did not fully grasp the facts of their transactions and then blamed MACU. I honestly can see no other possible explanation.

My experience with Mountain America was amazing! The team was friendly, professional, outgoing, and extremely knowledgeable! I always felt welcome when calling and going in and the team was eager to assist you. I’ve seen some of the reviews and don’t understand those that left lower scaled scores. This Credit Union was so helpful I truly enjoyed banking there and was very bummed when I thought I should leave. (I moved out of state & didn’t realize they had sister banks across the US). When I Mountain America I went to USAA which is an amazing institution. I would definitely rank Mountain America in the same league as USAA! Keep doing the amazing job you’ve been doing!

I am SHOCKED by the low score of Mountain America Credit Union because it could not be farther from my experience. I've been a MACU member for almost a year and in that time they have helped me move away from my Big Bank, set up checking and savings accounts for my husband and I and our four boys, set up a HELOC and set up Youth CD's for our boys to start saving for life after parents. My local MACU has been amazing every time I've needed help and I've been in their branch WAY MORE than I ever did at my Big Bank, because they are so helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough great things about them and my experience! I had given up on financial institutions being customer friendly but MACU has renewed my faith! I hope you check them out!

I expected MACU to have a way better review status than it does. If people came to my branch, they would easily have 5 stars!
