Some of the most condescending people I have very interacted with. Unwilling to help and sound quite annoyed when you ask a single question about their product. They also do not show you the steps to setting this flow sensor up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Pump very cheaply build. Not sure if the hose being stiff caused the connection to break or not. But when tried to order replacement parts was told I could not by the connection would sell me a o ring that I could get at a local hardware store but would not sell me the connection that was not a internal part of the pump. Told me had to buy a new pump. Now I have a pump I can’t use.

Beware, there are no screws to mount hose reels. The customer support from Ed out of the Florida office was non existent. One reply I got was they never plan on including screws, and they are a top manufacturer worldwide so they don’t need to supply screws. If you have ever called Chewy or Amazon for support, Macnaught is the opposite. Edit After Reply: It does not show there are no screws on the website when you buy. Kind of pointless for it to be in the instruction manual as you would already have purchased the product. For a $250 reel you should have all the parts. That means screws for standard installations. Most people probably aren’t mounting garden house to metal but even so, why not include all parts? Now the reel is sitting outside on the floor until I can make time to go to hardware store. Plus it doesn’t say what size is needed, so I have to do a lot of figuring out. Might be best if we just return it, there are tons of these type reels on the market, but yours is literally the most expensive out there that I found, and it’s missing screws.

GardenGuy, We apologize for the misunderstanding. The reason we do not supply mounting screws for the Garden Reel Bracket, is that everyone has different mounting requirements. Some are mounting to wood, some to concrete, some to metal, etc. We decided not to include any mounting screws because of this. We don't want to include screws for the wrong mounting situation. The mounting screws are very inexpensive from your local hardware store to fit your unique mounting requirements. We have also included this notation in the product specifications that the screws are not included.
