Bait and switch
Sent a complete spotless iPad to them in original box. I always used a screen shield. They said it a some pitting on the screen, they sent me a picture of another iPad with different packing in the background. They paid me the price for a damaged iPad, when mine was pristine. I sent them pictures of my iPad right before it went into the box for return. Never had this problem with Gazelle. They are a bit Scammy I will not use again
