I will never buy from this company again!

Beware of the return policy. Major pain in the rear and lots of flack from customer service in my case. Published return policy seems to be missing some important details. I’m my case they charged a restocking fee on a router because the package was opened. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

The moment our product was ordered we were besieged with two and three emails daily. The product was slow in coming which meant we had to deal with emails and calls. It felt as though we were being attacked. You couldn't pay me to go through this annoyance again.

I've used Macmall for years and always have had good luck and they help you make decisions and find you the right product for your computer needs.

Needed a protective case for my new tablet. I know from reviews that I might have trouble finding one that worked. Found the case I wanted and Macmall and got it for about half the price shown on the brand's website. Works great. I'm happy.

I called 3 different times to try to return a product that did not work, they refused to help. Put me on hold for over 30 mins, told me they sent me a RMA email which they never did. Called again with someone purposely trying to transfer me again once they realized it was a return. Terrible company, definitely seemed shady.

The PC I ordered arrived exactly as it was advertised and arrived as scheduled. Thanks for good service and product.
