I've had a horrible experience with MacMall. I ordered one laptop and was charged for 2 laptops. When I called, they said the additional charge would be removed. They have not removed that charge. Before ordering I called them and was told I would not be charged for New York State tax. I was then charged sales tax and when I inquired about that, I was told that they have partnered with a NY company and had to charge sales tax.

Don’t waste your time ordering something for next day delivery. It will be 2 days. When I called to find out where the item was that I ordered for next day delivery the lady admitted that next day is really not next day because they have to verbally verify every order. If you don’t answer the phone call (wait I have to see patients, my JOB) the product will not be shipped out. Apple store will see my business from now on. At least the know what next day delivery is!

I found what I needed without difficulty and it was on sale. My only problem was the order did not arrive before Christmas as expected but I do not feel this was Macmall's fault. Computer arrived in great shape and new unopened packaging. A very good experience.

Buying at McMall is very disappointing experience. They sent me the wrong item that I didn't even ordered. I called to the customer service, and then they didn't want to replace the correct item. I had to spend my time and effort to return the item. They are not being responsible for replacing the correct item.
