Placed an order with MacMall for an HP Titan Smartwatch. Watch arrived in a timely fashion but unfortunately was defective right out of the box. Contacted HP Tech Support and they agreed watch was defective. Contacted MacMall customer service and was told I would receive via email a pre-paid label to return the item for a refund. The label never arrived, I followed up a day later and spoke with MacMall customer service. Was told the label would be resent, two days went by and still no label Called MacMall customer service for a third time and requested yet another return label. Was told once again a label would be sent, guess what still no return label. Finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would strongly recommend NEVER buying anything from MacMall, customer service is absolutely atrocious. I'll stick with Amazon, their customer service is second to none. Would have resolved this in a few minutes. Shame on you MacMall, I will never purchase anything from you moving forward.

Called in to make a large purchase approx $3k for a large quantity of items. I figured they may not have the quantity I needed, so I called them prior to placing the order. I was told that what I wanted to purchase was in stock and could be delivered within 2 business days. 6 days after the order was placed the order status still shows the items being back-ordered . I reached out to them and only received an apology. No explanation as to why I was lied to and not told I wouldn't receive the product when promised. I asked for a manager, waited on hold for 20min and then hung up on.

I have used Macmall for years (since at least the early 1990's) and have had nothing but good results.

Curious as to why sales tax charged. Had ordered same product from another online store where no sales tax charged.

I ordered a refurbished computer. It came in a timely manner and was well packaged to protect the computer. The only issue I had was that the hard drive had vibrated loose in shipment. This computer has a hard drive that "slides" into place to plug it in. When I first turned on the computer it said there was no system drive. If I had not been a former "computer builder" I might have sent the unit back. I opened the case and found the loose hard drive. I just had to push it back in to place and everything worked perfectly. Minor issue that cost them a star because a non-tech person would have likely had to return the product. I will definitely buy from Macmall again.
