just BAD!!! they will charge you 15% if you return an item!!! I got a cable from them, they said because it's now consider an open item, can't be sold as new anymore.... really?? I understand if the cable were packaged , but it was not!!!! just a clear cheap plastic bag, not even taped closed!!!!! this place is a joke, please stay away now they are going to wait after 14days before sending me the return item email, THEN I CANT RETURN IT ANYMORE!!!

Excellent response and quality packaging of a portable disk. There was an error in the mail status indicating the shipment was UPS ground when it was really US mail, but a quick phone call clarified the matter. Keep up the excellent customer service!

I am very happy with the purchase, but have had two issues: - Unit stopped working after a week; Mac Mall immediatelty replaced it with another unit, and sent it to me. - On this new unit, Windows was not activated. This issue remains unresolved. If they resolve this issue and provide a valid activation number, I will raise my score to five stars.

They will not ship to my business address which happens to be a UPS Store box. I get shipments from 10-15 different places all the time and MacMall PCMall is the only company with this ridiculous policy. It is a business address!!! MacMall is the worst in the business and I am not sure how they have survived the years.

I purchased an HP 810 Revolve G3, rated grade A. It looks brand new. There are no scratches or dents, and the little laptop installed all the latest Windows 10 Pro updates. It is fast. I opted to replace the existing 4GB replaceable DIMM with an 8GB DIMM to get to a total of 12GB of DIMM. I loaded up the laptop with the Microsoft Office suite, and several very big games. The total space free out of the 238GB available is 192GB, so no need to go any bigger on the SSD. I also had an existing 400GB microsd card which extends the storage even further. Battery life is good, at about 6-7 hours of extensive use. The folks at Macmall are the real deal. I highly recommend this seller.
