The stands and enclosures for the surface pro 9 work great. So far have ordered 5 of these stands and they work really well. The equipment is sturdy and put together well. NOTE: they do not come with mounting equipment for the base which is understandable because Maclocks doesn't know what you will be mounting the base to. Would be nice if they came with options but just as easy to get what I need at hardware store. Anyway, appreciate the locking ability, a stand to put advertising on, and the quick response from company of any questions I have had.

I have had issues for years with finding an iPad case that my autistic child couldn’t open or take apart. He smashes screens to the point he has snapped the metal casing on the iPads at least 6 repairs a month, costing over a thousand pounds in repairs. I reached out to Maclocks to try and see if they had a case he couldn’t get through and a screen protector that would last more than one headbutt. (Please don’t judge my son has no understanding). Ian from maclocks suggested a key locked case, and screen protector which we tried and it worked as he couldn’t get into it but he couldn’t break it as it’s metal. I bought another one as well, had constant communication asking if I needed any support or any help, and sent me a screw in case as well. The lock on one broke yesterday after 4 months, which it gets locked and unlocked to charge so is constantly in use and I’ve emailed Ian again. He’s replied almost immediately and is sending out new replacements for the lock. As someone who has a severely autistic child other parents will understand how hard it is to get something that can help the issues we have whilst still letting him enjoy something he likes. I’ve recommended this company and the cases to a few Sen parents because it’s a common theme that children can take off the cases and no one does something more robust. The customer service is fantastic and it’s a little less stress for everyone when you get someone who is as understanding as maclocks are.
