I placed an order with MacKenzie Ltd. (Chesapeake Bay Crabcakes) where I have purchased food in the past. While cooking the Beef Stew, I noticed that the bag was filling with water. Obviously the product did not taste the way it was supposed to because it had water added to it. I called them to tell them about the problem and the man who answered told me if I had followed the instructions, it wouldn't have happened. I did follow the instructions; in fact I was looking at them while I was talking with him. His tone was sarcastic and boorish. I have purchased from many other companies and never been talked to in that fashion by any of them. He offered no replacement or refund and that's not what one expects when buying pricey food.
