Unethical business practices
1st I get a phone call that hangs up on me. Then I get a text message claiming that they had worked on my file through a broker and want to work direct. Not ethical but I play along. We're texting back and forth. I "accidentally" get a 2nd phone call from them & they hang up on me again. Then they want me just send them bank statements via text, via my phone?! I decline - I don't do business on my phone. They then want my email address which I won' give them since they said from the start they had worked on my file. So they send an email to a very old, non-business email address. Everything they said was a lie and when I call them out on it, they say "that what our broker pool had" wth?! Told them they purchased a list, were spamming me & lied to me so I had 0 interest in doing business with an unethical company. The response "its not unethical" Lying isn't unethical? Absolutely won't trust them. I have all the text message screen shots to prove whole conversation. Really tired of getting spammed multiple times per day by corrupt businesses like Mach. maybe if I start doing reviews of their business practices, they'll actually take me off their list like I've asked them to.
